Victor (Vic) J. Troiano, attended University of Florida Levin College of Law and began practicing in Lakeland in 1976. Vic concentrates his practice in the areas of real property law, probate law and estate planning, and corporate and business law.
In 1989, the Supreme Court certified Vic as a Circuit Civil Mediator—he has since served as a mediator in numerous cases. Philip H. (Phil) Bush was born in Annapolis, Maryland and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. A 1988 Furman University graduate, he received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1991. Phil then moved to Lakeland where he was in private practice for 14 years before joining Peterson & Myers, P.A. in September of 2005.
Phil's experience includes commercial real estate development, leasing, commercial lending and landlord/tenant matters, and he is an approved agent for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Phil’s abundance of experience in a vast variety of real estate and business transactions make him an integral part of Miller Troiano.
Phil is married to Stefanie, and the couple has two children, Catherine and Alexander. Phil is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a graduate of Lakeland Leadership Class XII, and a VISTE board member since 2012.

Theodore R. M. Miller
Theodore R. M. Miller (T. Buddy) was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida—a fifth generation Lakelander.
A firm advocate for Florida’s agricultural and tourism roots, T. Buddy earned his Bachelor of Science from University of Florida College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (minoring in Agricultural and Natural Resource Law) before graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2018.
T. Buddy’s University of Florida career included being chosen for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences Leadership Institute and serving as president of both the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences Council and his fraternity, Alpha Gamma Rho. During law school, he was elected President of Florida Blue Key and was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame.
T. Buddy and his wife, Rachel Miller, married in 2021. T. Buddy is active in the Lakeland community, serving on the fundraising arm of AGR and the Board of Directors of the Randy Roberts Foundation. He is a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class XXXVIII and a member of the Polk Area Real Estate Council and Lakeland’s First Presbyterian Church.

Lauriane Ciccarelli, graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1996. Since then she has been involved in thousands of eminent domain cases. Lauriane also practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning and general civil litigation.

Nicholas J. Troiano
Nicholas (Nick) J. Troiano, moved to Lakeland in 1988. After receiving his law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, Nick was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990. Nick’s law practice specializes in marital and family law, estate planning, guardianship, elder law, probate, real estate and litigation. Nick has a great deal of expertise in special needs planning for developmentally disabled children and adults, including Special Needs Trusts and Guardianship Advocacies.
Nick is a member of the Lakeland Bar Association and currently serves on its Board of Governors. He previously served as Chairman of the 10th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee 10B for the Florida Bar. and President of the Lakeland Downtown Lions Club. He served on the board of directors for Volunteers in Service to The Elderly (VISTE) and is currently a director for Central Florida Autism Institute, Inc. Nick is also a member of Business Networking International, Capital Gainers Chapter and Resurrection Catholic Church.
In 1981 Nick married his wife, Sonia. The couple has three children, Christopher, Nicholas and Alexandra.
